The SolConto website and this article display the National Development Plan 2020 and European Union logos. These are elements of the EU funds visual identity, used when EU funds financing has been granted for the implementation of an activity or project.
Why do EU funds logos appear on the website?
What does each element of the logo mean?
The logo shown in the image consists of three parts:
- Nacionālais attīstības plāns 2020 (National Development Plan 2020): the national identification mark referring to the national development plan for 2014 to 2020.
- Eiropas Savienība, Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonds (European Union, European Regional Development Fund): the EU flag emblem together with a written reference to the European Union and the name of the relevant fund. In this case it is the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
- Ieguldījums tavā nākotnē (“An investment in your future”): the EU funds slogan.
